Payment details can be updated in the Account section of your customer account. For added security, we'll email you a PIN code to enter before you can add/delete a payment method. The PIN code will be sent to the email address that's linked to your subscription.
Alternatively, our Customer Care team can help you update your payment details. For security reasons this can only be done over the phone by calling 01738 505031, Monday to Friday, 0900 - 18.00, and Saturday, 09.00 - 17.00.
