What information do you need from me to sign up?

To recommend the best food for your pet, we ask whether they're a dog or cat, what breed they are, sex, age, weight, and how active they are. If you choose to sign up, we'll ask for personal details (name, address, contact details) so we can create an account for you and so we know where to send your deliveries.
