Why does working dog raw food have a higher meat content?

Our Adult Dog + Complete range has a minimum of 85% protein compared to 80% in our Adult + Premium Complete (range for non-working dogs). This slightly higher protein content is needed to provide the extra calories working dogs need to fuel their active lives. Meat also provides vital amino acids that support the growth, repair, and strength of muscles.
