How often do cats poo?

Each cat’s ‘normal’ will vary but once or twice a day is considered a healthy average for adult cats
with a range of up to 3 times per day and as little as once every other day. Kittens tend to go more often – up to 5 times per day. Any changes to normal poo frequency for your cat should be investigated as this may indicate problems.
