Is your cat food low in iodine?

Our raw cat food is naturally low in iodine because we use high-quality, natural ingredients. We add herring oil to our recipes, which has a small amount of iodine, but it is not a high level. If your cat has hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid), it may be best to avoid meals that contain fish.
