How can I reduce the cost of my subscription?

We want to do whatever we can to help you to continue feeding your pet the most nutritious food. There are a couple of things you may want to consider:

Mix feeding: Feeding Bella+Duke alongside other food types like kibble, wet, or homemade raw can help manage the cost while still providing your pet with some of the nutrition they get from eating a raw diet. 
 

Adding healthy toppers to meals: Toppers are nutritious food that you add to your pet's raw meals. Toppers can be added to boost the nutritional value of a meal but also help to manage the cost of a raw subscription. We recommend reducing your pet's raw meal amount by no more than 20%. So 80% is their regular raw meal and the other 20% will be made up of healthy toppers like fish, eggs, or chunks of meat.

Increasing the size of your delivery: Consider getting your pet's meal delivered in bulk, as the bigger your delivery, the cheaper the cost per meal can be. Consider increasing the size of your deliveries if you have the freezer space to store them. Our most cost-effective price per tub is with deliveries of 20kgs or 40kgs. 

Choosing our Flavour Saver option: How the Flavour Saver option works is we choose the most cost-effective flavours for your subscription. Your pet will continue to receive the same amount of food (but with less flavours) and for that we can offer a discount on your subscription cost. The discount is 20% for dogs and 10% for cats. Customer Care have to implement the Flavour Saver option for you.

If you want to go ahead and make adjusts to your subscription, this can be done by going to the Subscription page of your customer account where you can your change delivery size, delivery date, the amount your pet eats each day, and the flavours they get.
