How are discounts applied?

If you are a current or a relapsed customer and you've been given a discount code, you may eb able to activate this discount yourself depending on the code conditions. Otherwise, our Customer Care team will have to apply this for you. 

If you are a new customer, the discount will be automatically applied to the applicable orders. You can see the discount on the order summary on the Orders page, once the order has been created.
