If you are a new customer and you have signed up with a discount, this discount will be automatically applied to eligible orders. You can view the discount in your order summary on the Orders page after your order is created.
If you are a current customer and have received a discount code from a third party, please check the code’s conditions, as it might only be valid for new customers. If it does apply to current customers, our Customer Care team will need to add it to your subscription.
If you have cancelled your subscription but received a welcome back discount from us, your email or text should include a link that automatically applies the discount when you click it. If the discount was not applied, please contact our Customer Care team and they will help you.
