What's the best food for dogs with itchy skin?

Food allergies affect around 20% of dogs with atopic dermatitis. As mentioned previously
it is important to establish what they are reacting to in their diet and the best way to do this is by elimination trial.

Feeding a single-source protein diet ideally based on a meat they’ve not encountered before
