How do I access VidiVet?

Head to Get More section in your customer account, and find the VidiVet card. Tap the link to sign up to create a VidiVet account. You'll then be asked to download the Vidivet app to your device.

When the time comes you need to use VidiVet, log in to their app, and ask a question, and a vet will send you a video message through the app. Don't forget, it's FREE to use.
