This can happen occassionally. Please check that your payment method is still valid. If it is, our system will automatically attempt to process the payment 3 more times within 24 hours. If payment cannot be taken on these 3 attempts your order will be cancelled automatically and you will receive a failed payment notification. Our Customer Care team can also manually attempt to take payment as well if you instruct them to.
If your payment method has expired, please add a new one by going to the Account page. For added security, a PIN code will be sent to the email address that's linked to your subscription. Enter the PIN code and add the details of your new payment method. After that, you can remove your expired payment method.
