To change the delivery address of an existing order:
You can update the delivery address on an existing order until the delivery has been dispatched. Once the order has left us we can't change the address.
An existing order has an order number and payment has been taken for the delivery.
To change the delivery address for an existing order (already paid/created):
- On the Dashboard underneath your pets icon you will see the option to "Edit order".
- If you have an active order this will take you to the order invoice view where you can edit the delivery date, delivery address and flavours before dispatch.
To update your default delivery address:
Tip: Orders will always be processed with the default delivery address on your subscription.
- Select the "Account" tab at the top of the page.
- Under "Addresses you can select add new.
- Enter the details of the address and select Yes to Add as a delivery address.
- Click Add.

You will be sent a pin number to your email address to be used as a one time pass-code for updating personal details*).
