If you are unable to change the delivery date of your order, it is likely because your order is classified as active, meaning payment has already been processed, and it is less than 48 hours before your order is scheduled to be dispatched. You can only change your delivery date up to 48 hours before the dispatch. Typically, dispatch occurs 24 hours before your delivery date.
