For 4kg and 8kg deliveries we use dry ice to keep the meals frozen. The dry ice is packed in white pouches and it will likely dissipated by the time your delivery gets to you. If the dry ice is still present, please leave the white pouches in the box in a well ventilated area for it to dissipate. If you need to touch the white bags wear gloves and ideally use tongs, as the dry ice can burn skin if handled directly.
For deliveries above 8kg we use ice packs to keep the meals frozen. The ice packs come in brown bags. If the brown bags are empty it is because the ice has thawed (which is normal).
