We’re sorry your order hasn’t arrived. First, please check if you received a payment success email from us. This email is usually sent four days before your delivery date. If your payment went through, you’ll also get an email from us and DPD, our delivery partner, the day before your delivery to confirm your order is being dispatched. On the delivery day, DPD will email you with your delivery slot.
DPD will also email you to confirm your order has been delivered. If you received this email but your delivery is missing, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your payment did not go through, you should have received a payment failure email. We try to process your payment three times, and if all attempts fail, the order is cancelled. You will get a payment unsuccessful email after each failed attempt. If all three payment attempts have failed, please check that your payment method is valid and call us as soon as possible so we can try the payment again.
