Sure. On the Dashboard, click on the name of the pet you want to remove, select View profile, and select Remove Pet. A message will pop up asking to confirm the removal, and you may be asked to choose whether to reduce the size of your next delivery or increase the delivery frequency. Select what suits you best.
Our account needs at least one pet to be on the account. If you need to remove a pet, and there is only one on your account, you will need the assistance of our Customer Care team. The team can be contacted via live chat (Monday to Friday 10 - 5), at 01738 505031, or on hello@bellaandduke.com.
