I have multiple pets on my subscription, but only want food for one. What do I do?

To receive food for only one pet when you have multiple pets on your subscription, please get in touch with our Customer Care team via live chat (10 TO 5 Monday to Friday) on 01738 505031, or at [e-mail].

Alternatively, you can manage this yourself in your account by removing the pets you don't want to receive food for from your subscription. You can add them back to your subscription again when you're ready to receive an order for them.
