I’m trying to create an account, but it says I already have one. What should I do?

If you see a message like ‘An account already exists’ when signing up, it could be for these reasons:

 

a. Your email is already linked to an account.

b. Someone at your address may already have an account. Our terms and conditions allow only one account per address.
