Do you offer support for raw feeding?

Absolutely! Whether you've tried raw feeding before or this is your first go, we're here to help.

Shortly after your first delivery, a raw feeding expert from our Customer Care team will call you (so look out for our call) to see how your first delivery was, how your furry friend is adjusting to their new food, and give you a chance to ask us questions - we're happy to try and answer any questions, food-related or not.

As your pet's raw journey progresses, we'll call again for a quick chat about how your pet is doing on Bella+Duke and see what (if any) additional support you need.
