With your first delivery you will receive a welcome pack that contains a tub for storing the defrosted food in your fridge, a free treat (depending on what you chose when you signed up), and a leaflet explaining to how to store and prepare your dog's raw food.
If you didn't receive a storage tub, these can be added to your next delivery via the Treats + Care section in your account.
