If all your pets are on the same subscription and you want to cancel it for one you can remove the pet from the account, there is no need to cancel.
To remove a pet from your account:
- Go to the dashboard and select the name of the pet you want to remove
- Click ‘View profile’
- Click the button labelled ‘Remove pet’
- You will be asked if you want to reduce the size of the box you receive or change the frequency between deliveries
- Choose with is right for you and click ‘Remove pet’
This will remove the pet from your account.
